PAYMENT PLAN REGULATIONS

Initial Deposit

To bid with AACGH, you must make a 50% deposit covering bidding expenses, FOB charges, the winning bid amount, shipping costs, and our service fee.

Balance Adjustment

If the bid is won at a cheaper price, the excess is automatically deducted from the remaining balance due.

Payment Deadline

The second installment must be paid within 2–3 days of the winning bid date.

Payment Deadline & Late Fees

Clients have 3 days after winning a bid to complete full payment.

From Day 4 onward, any unpaid balance attracts a USD $30 daily late fee (or GHS equivalent at the current exchange rate).

This fee applies per day until payment is completed. Vehicles will not be processed or shipped until full payment is received.

This policy applies to all clients without exception.

Once you decide on the car, proceed with a 50% deposit of the average car price.

Bid Outcome

If the bid is won lower than expected, the extra deposit amount will be deducted from the balance.

Remaining Balance

Pay the remaining 50% within 2-3 days after winning the bid including the FOB, Lot to yard charges, AAC service fee, and shipping charges.

Shipping & Tracking

Once payment is completed, the vehicle is shipped with tracking details provided.

Clearing & Delivery

Choose to clear the vehicle yourself or let AACGH handle the customs clearance and delivery.

Bank Finance Requirements for Vehicle Purchase

1. Completed Application Form

Fill and submit the bank’s official vehicle financing application form.

2. Employment History

Must be employed continuously for at least 12 months with the same employer.

3. Proof of Regular Income

Provide your last 3 pay slips as evidence of a stable income.

4. Letter of Undertaking from Employer

A formal letter confirming employment and commitment to deduct loan payments if required.

5. Valid ID Copy

Submit a photocopy of a valid ID (Passport, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, or National ID).

6. Passport-Size Pictures

Provide two recent passport-size photographs.

7. Proof of Address

Submit proof such as a utility bill or rental agreement.

8. Bank Statements

Provide bank statements for the last 6 months (if your account is not with Stanbic Bank or Ecobank).

9. Pro Forma Invoice

A Pro Forma Invoice from the dealership specifying vehicle details and price.

Payment Policy

Payment for services will be executed through the Client Internet Banking Access Policy with the bank. Clients will be provided account logins to oversee transactions until the bidding process concludes, after which the logins will be securely deactivated.

Refund Policy

If a client withdraws after winning a bid and cites personal reasons for non-payment, the following charges apply:

  • Service fee deducted from winning bid
  • Bidding charges offset
  • Documentation fee deducted
  • Re-listing fee: 10% of final winning price (minimum $650)

Pre-bid Withdrawal Charges:

  • • Full refund with $20 surcharge
  • $50 cancellation fee
