The Silverado is the first half-ton pickup to offer a turbocharged inline-four-cylinder engine (a 2.7-liter rated at 310 hp and 348 pounds-feet of torque). Also available is a 6.2-liter V-8 with dynamic fuel management rated at a whopping 420 hp and 460 pounds-feet of torque.
